SHIPPING
The following schedule of delivery and handling costs is for merchandise pictured and described on the Big Cat Luxe Gifts and Home Accessories by Barbara Krai Interior Design LLC web site, with the exception of jewelry. Delivery charges for orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout.

Note: Expedited shipping is based on the time by which an order has been processed by the vendor and is ready to ship, NOT on the time of purchase. For example, if an item requires four days for vendor processing, overnight delivery would be on the 5th day after purchase.
Some of the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind items require special packaging and shipping arrangements as well as additional insurance. These items are not subject to the standard delivery and handling charges on the schedule above. Some items are not available to ship two day or overnight. Exceptions are noted in the product descriptions, and the total charge will be displayed when you view the shopping cart.
Freight Surcharges: Heavy or oversized items are subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges in the chart shown above. The freight surcharge appears in the product description.
Items being shipped from another country are also subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel a Big Cat Luxe Gifts and Home Accessories by Barbara Krai Interior Design LLC order as long as the order status is not “in process.” If the order status is “in process” or “shipped,” it cannot be cancelled. No order for a personalized / custom-designed item can be cancelled.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Big Cat Luxe Gifts and Home Accessories By Barbara Krai Interior Design LLC purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt for exchange, refund, or credit (excluding the original amount you were charged for delivery and handling charges), provided that the merchandise is in the original condition and original packaging.
No personalized / custom-designed item can be returned unless it is received in a damaged state or was shipped in error. In addition, certain other items, as noted in the product description, cannot be returned unless they are received in a damaged state or shipped in error.
HANDLING RETURNS
If you want to return an item within 14 days of receipt that is not a personalized / custom-designed item or is not otherwise identified as ineligible for return in the product description, please contact Barbara Krai at 813.891.9999 or BigCatLuxe@BarbaraKrai.com for return instructions. You will ship your return merchandise (along with the packing slip for the item being returned and your name, address, zip code and telephone number) to the location designated by Barbara Krai.
The item must be returned in the original condition in the original packaging in order to receive a refund, exchange, or credit. You are required to pay the cost of shipping and insuring the item and you are responsible for making sure that the item is securely re-packed in the original packaging. Note: You are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise, and no refund or exchange is possible if the item is not returned in the same condition as when originally shipped. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
IN THE CASE OF DAMAGED ITEMS OR SHIPPING ERRORS
Please contact Barbara Krai at 813.891.9999 or BigCatLuxe@BarbaraKrai.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed.
REFUNDS
If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be sent within 30 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise, provided that the merchandise is received in the original condition that it was shipped to you and not altered or damaged in any way. Payment will be in the form originally used to purchase your item. The refund does not include the amount you originally paid for handling and shipping, unless you are receiving a refund for merchandise that you received in a damaged state or that was the result of a packing error.
